Thank you for completeing this quick evaluation to help us improve our workshops moving foward. Note that all evaluations are confidential but as these workshops are not regular term courses they will only be used by QIPSR. Instructors will not be made aware of your identity. We only ask your name to insure that we have complete records of attendance and that everyone has filled out an evaluation. We ask your department so that we can better understand how needs vary systematically by department and hopefully improve our programming in the future.
